King Koil has been producing quality products for many years.  Their products carry extended warranties that outlast most competitors but does vary depending on which series of mattress you have purchased.  All warranty inquiries will need to fill out the King Koil Warranty Service Request Form.  This form can be picked up at the store anytime; but we also have placed a copy here for you to print out and use.
